Écrit dans lequel sont définis les paramètres d’une intervention; il peut s’agir d’une intervention simple, d’un plan, d’un programme d’interventions ou encore d’une fonction de santé publique ou de l’Institut. Le cadre de référence expose généralement, en tout ou en partie, les fondements, buts, cibles, principes directeurs, composantes (ressources, activités, processus, modalités de gestion), normes de qualité et critères d’évaluation de l’intervention.

The Québec Pesticide Risk Indicator, identified by the acronym QPRI, is a diagnostic and decision-making tool designed to optimize pesticide management. It has a health component (QPRI-Health) and an environment component (QPRI-Environment).
